No price increase in 2016
Despite the increase in raw material prices, the prices for Emma Safety Footwear’s regular range will be kept the same in 2016. The prices apply to the entire year 2016. No interim price adjustments will take place. You and your customers are ensured of fixed recommended prices for the entire year.
Even more good news: the Business and Thermal socks have seen a price reduction of more than 10%.

Recently, Emma proudly presented its new catalogue. The catalogue is packed with lots of new creations and upgraded models.

2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey results
Both in March and September 2015 we invited our customers to take part in our Customer Satisfaction Survey. Many of you responded to this request.
In the Customer Satisfaction Survey Emma Safety Footwear received a good evaluation: the average rating was 7.9.
A good fit, clear information in the catalogue, satisfaction about the carrier - these are just a few of the positive comments made in the reviews.
Of course this makes us very proud!
Naturally there are still focus areas, which we will enthusiastically continue to improve. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Emma is always looking to improve its services towards its customers.
B2B portal
In the summer of 2015 Emma launched a completely renewed B2B Dealer portal. Easy to use, fast and an easy way to find answers to your questions: our new B2B Dealer portal meets all your requirements, thanks to our software partner Ivengi. Since July, the month of the launch, we have received a lot of positive reactions.
Placing an order, viewing the current stock, accessing your invoice and order history and requesting our fitting service on location - these are just a few of the functionalities that are used on a daily basis by our dealers. In January 2016 we will implement several new functionalities and a few portal optimizations, including an overview of your sales history, improved search functionality and a complete image database in which the images of Emma's complete range can be downloaded.

Also during the December holidays you can count on our support. Please do take our adjusted opening hours into consideration:
Emma Customer Service can be reached from 21 to 23 and from 28 to 30 December from 8.30 to 17.00 and Thursday 24 and 31 December from 8.30 to 12.30.
