Collaboration between Mammoet and Emma Safety Footwear

From August 2016 onwards, Emma, market leader in the Netherlands when it comes to safety shoes, will be supplying three different models of these safety shoes under the label Mammoet Footwear to the Mammoet ((active, among other things, in heavy hoisting and transport) concern, which operates worldwide (5,500 employees). Before the end of this year, Mammoet Footwear (including safety socks) will be made available to Mammoet employees.

Mammoet carries out a wide variety of projects all over the world, often in difficult working conditions. We protect our employees with very high-quality safety footwear, including the Mammoet Footwear, which carries the Emma quality label. Mammoet employees need to be able to rely on a Dutch quality product anywhere in the world, that is why we first carried out extensive internal tests of this new line of shoes.  The results of these tests were very positive and hence 'approved by Mammoet'. Emma has been producing safety shoes since 1931, which means 85 years of knowledge and experience. Pieter Breemerkamp, Account Manager at Emma Safety Footwear, defines the collaboration with Mammoet as a co-production by two established top brands in the industrial sector. The introduction of Mammoet Footwear took place in May during the Bauma 2016 trade fair in Munich.
