2 June 2016In the framework of this research a survey was conducted via SurveyMonkey, in which 1,041 contact persons at Emma were contacted.
308 of those contacted filled in the entire survey. This means that the reliability level of the research is 95%.
The research shows that the majority of Dutch-speaking contact persons at Emma dealers in the Benelux do not currently see social media as a suitable channel for communication with/information from Emma.
However, some contact persons do believe in the potential of the use of social media. This group indicates that they would like to hear from Emma once or twice a week or once a month, via Emma's LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter accounts, about news, tips, tricks and promotions.
The same research shows that dealers generally have a positive overall image of Emma Safety Footwear.
