Major order from Kuwait

Emma Safety Footwear has won an important contract in Kuwait. Emma will be delivering 25.000 pairs of 'extremely safe' safety shoes and boots to Kuwait Oil Company.
Kuwait Oil Company specializes in the exploration and production of crude oil and natural gas in Kuwait. This order is worth several million euros and was placed after months of intense negotiations. Emma is market leader in the Netherlands and exports its safety products to Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, Great Britain, Switzerland and as of this spring also to Kuwait. Emma, which is planning to expand its production capacity over the next few years, currently employs 150 people and is celebrating its 85-year anniversary this year.
