Distribution From Bunde

This year, Emma Safety Footwear BV's Distribution Centre and Service Centre (formerly a store) was relocated from Brunssum to Bunde (Maastricht). The new location began operating on Monday 14 July 2014. We want to ensure that we can provide the very best service to clients in the future. By moving the Distribution Centre and Service Centre to Bunde, we are continuing our company's professionalization process. This will maximise our performance and service as well as concentrating our expertise in a single location. In addition, the relocation optimally prepares us for further international growth and increased sales of our high-quality safety shoes.

What do these changes mean to you?

Order for collection can be picked up from the DEALER DESK.

If you are a dealer and you wish to collect your orders yourself, you can do this from Bunde from 14 July onwards. Place your order via e-mail (sales@emmasf.com) at least 2 hours before picking it up.

When placing your order, our Customer Service provide an order number that you can use to pick up your goods from the Dealer Desk.

SERVICE CENTRE (former store)

For a fitting and measuring service and/or advice about shoes, contact our Service Centre. Here, you can try them on, and if the shoe fits, you can take a pair straight home! (Payment by chip and PIN only.) With us, you never have to settle for your second choice or anything less than the best.

OPENING HOURS

The Dealer Desk and Service Centre are open from 8.30 a.m. until 5.00 p.m.

As of 14 July, the store and pick-up desk in Brunssum will no longer operate. From this date onwards, these services will be available from Bunde.
